End of the year reviews. If the scale is not put on the wall for all to see the standard of measurement is unknown. That means its up to the discretion of the person over top of you to tell you what you are worth. Since your are competing for their job your scale will always start lower than theirs.

Math is not my best subject. Well how do you expect to understand what a APR is? The difference between liabilities and assets? Balance Sheets? Stock appreciation and depreciation? Refinancing? Traditional education. if BS, MS, and PHD were the true key. Why is it that most of your superiors at the office dont have them? Why is that most of the people who run large companies are drop outs? Why is it that the top 10 on Forbes 400 list own systems.

Pyramid schemes are not for me. Ill never be a part of those things that recruit people. People at the bottom do all the work. People at the top make all the money. You have to sell and convince people. ….ha ha Where do you work again and what do you do there again? Misconception 4
That you will be self made and make it to the top alone. What happens in the 5 years when your ability to accomplish things in life and maintain a basic standard of living, will be based on how strong your network is and how well you use it for the right things. Why do you think facebook even exist? If… everyone in your network looks and thinks like you how far will you really go?
