So many things in life want our time our money our thoughts.
It could all be so simple. (Lauren Hill)
Do you often find yourself struggling to make the simplest decisions?
Maybe you feel like there just isn’t enough time to get it all done.
There is always a way.
We just have to pause, take a few deep breaths and think.
We should learn to think around the things that overwhelm us. (Don’t avoid them)

What needs are not:
Needs are Not a Wish
Needs are Not a Hope
What needs are:
Things we must have by any legal means necessary.
Needs = Goals
Needs = Your Values
Values drive your goals
What are your goals and values?
Do they line up with each other?
Needs require:
A TRUE Belief In your ability to work for and accomplish the things you want. (If you dont believe no one else will for sure)
A Commitment to see your needs manifested.
A Sacrifice to get your needs – The bigger the need or goal / The greater the sacrifice needed
A Change in your language – Speak it into Existence
What is Faith?
Acting in a way that you Will things to happen in your life (Willpower).
Speaking in a way that it has already happened.
Thinking in a way as if you are experiencing it happening right now.
Spiritually knowing that it is already done.
Prove your Faith – People are watching
Faith shall be tested always

Intrinsic – source is internal – you are driven for the long term.
Extrinsic – source is external – you are driven only for a short. term

The Essence of Being
To merely exist… Does that even have meaning?
Gone are the days when status quo is acceptable. I just want to be comfortable you may hear. Describe comfortable in detail. Today we are required to push to new limits and set new boundaries. So many people live daily in self – made cages. Captured by the walls of I AM NOT GOOD ENOUGH or defined by what others think socially. The greatest feat in life is for the person living today to meet the person you were predestined to be. Daily you should wake up with that practice. To find him or her is a beautiful thing. In finding this person. IT WILL CHANGE THE WORLD and make everyone else around you better.
Taking Action:
1.) Think about: What new goals do you need to set? / What goals do you need to reset?
2.) Think of the thoughts that you have allowed to limit you up to this point. What can you begin telling yourself to overcome them.
3.) Is your reality real or is it a short film you have created to hide from the truth. (Think About It)
Journal: (Write it Out) – Take some time to write out a plan for your life.
-Write down your new goals.
-Write down the goals you need to reset.
-Write down the thoughts that have been limiting you and then write down the thought you will re-frame that thought with when those limiting / defeated thoughts appear.
-Write down how you can change the short film you have been staring in and make it authentic.
Your BEST YOU is what the world needs.

Trust The Journey
Day by day we have the opportunity to travel in to uncharted waters. Not knowing the outcome of our choices and actions. Anxiety builds when we can’t see around corners or know every detail. Often feeling as though we are out of control. Am I running out of time? You may ask yourself. The answer is no. This is a sign that you must let go of the reigns and just trust. Knowing that all things work out for our good.
Just a little advice.
We may not know the outcome or when that thing we are hoping for will come. We can just stand firm on the fact that we will get there and something great is sure to happen.
Taking Action:
1.) What can you release having to have control over or all the answers to?
2.) What emotions do you notice when you are starting to spiral in anxiety?
3.) Think back in your past about something that you were so worried about, but it all worked out in the end. (Wasn’t so bad was it)
Journal: (Write it Out)
1.) Find a box. (You may decorate it as you wish) (LET IT GO Box)
2.) On small pieces of paper every time you feel out of control about something you are hoping for or working towards write the very thing down.
3.) Place it in the box.
4.) Let it go and just TRUST
